After years of working as PMs in a millwork factory and managing projects throughout Europe, Asia and Africa, we decided to move on. Schema kick-off was a reasonable next step.
Stressing out because of last minute deliveries, spending nights on site, sorting out last minute problems before the deadline, dealing with amazing hardworking and sometimes grumpy teams on site… we have pretty much seen it all. And, honestly, we enjoy it so much!
